Why dont you strap a cell phone to your head for a year and get back to me! ...oops did I say a swear word there..oh nm i choose my words wittingly so I shouldnt get a delete. I never said shit, pardon my launguage..I never said anything about throwing cell phones away. Im just trying to help by passing on info. And in return i get contradictive statements talking about inconclusive evidence but "I shouldnt give my kid a cell phone", or i prefer hands free , but i aint scarred" and comparing RF waves to global warming. If someone isnt looking at the links I provide and immediately makes off assumptions then i have to also assume hes being a troll. Because any intelligent person woulold weight all the facts first. amirite? Maybe you could back him up on the hand cancer statement?

I don't understand why kids need them. Go pick up my 3rd grader from school, and he's bitching up a storm that everyone but him has a cell phone. Thought it was an exaggeration, but I think he's one of only a handful that don't in the entire class. I had to sign a note from school that says my child either has or does not have a cell phone. If they have one, everyday for them to be counted as present they must surrender their phone for the day to the teacher, if they don't you have to sign the paper to verify that you do not send you child to school with a phone. Good idea, but still, why so many with phones?

I had a house key in my book bag if no one was going to be home, and a phone inside if I needed. Who the fuck is a 10 year old calling during school hours?

Told my son he could get a cell phone, right after he buys his first car.

I have one the same age. Soon to be the same bullshit I'm sure. And I agree with you, there's no way in fuck she's getting a phone. I like that teacher's moves, more should do that.
