Wish I could post pics on here of my transformation. I have gained 80 pounds of muscle! But it took me 5 years. Just though I'd share my transformation

Google chrome was the culprit for me.

No cell phone will upload pics if using google chrome.. its the default on most


And hell yea, i gained 30-40lbs of muscle since the end of jan. And lost a little fat. Weed is great for exercise huh

This is probably way easier

Save the file to your computer

Go to http://imgur.com/

Select 'upload images' (blue tap at the top)

Select 'browse your computer'

Find your image

Click 'start upload'

Then copy the 5th link on the right titled 'BBC code (message boards and forums)'

Then paste that link in the reply box


Or, even easier, if the pic is already uploaded to the internet, just right click, 'copy image', then 'paste' the image in the reply box

5 years of progress! That's pretty awesome.

What was your training like? Did you suffer any injuries or make any "mistakes" along the way?

I've been trying to train a little smarter lately, to avoid injuries.

I love working out medicated I feel like I have to force myself to the gym otherwise plus I always get too into my music when I'm medicated and working out that I usually just go beast mode and end up on the treadmill for an hour easy versus like a half hr- 45 min congrats keep it up!

lol, weed and working out is my cocktail for a great anti-depression combination.
Right now im not working out stoned, but I use to.
I prep with caffenine right now and bong hits after the workout for a cool down of stoned for a nice hot shower.

I tired running on the treadmill stoned on Super Lemon Haze the other day and was having a hard time with speed and motivation.
(its heavy on the indica side)
What I have learned to do is run until im dripping wet with sweat at bout 6.5 mph for about 20 - 30 minutes.
I get real high with endorphins ,.... then jump over onto the elliptical at 10 incline, 10 speed and I continue to keep my heart rate up on the elliptical for 15- 30 min........ keeping my heart rate at a target of 145 for 40 minutes.
I then lift weights with no break for about 30 minutes .
Im heavy into reps not heavy weight due to my bilateral shoulder arthritis and compressed cervical disk.

its awesome, I love it and its great to see other stoners at the gym. Stay Healthy!

Ugh.. I cant hit the iron stoned.. I just loose my focus.

Its awesome for after lifting, helps with the soreness, helps me chow down and sleep.

Should one medicate before or after running? I make a dank smoothie that I probably should save til after a run. Thing keeps hunger away for HOURS.

That sounds awesome.. whats your mix?
Yesterday, I ran carrots, tangerine, and pineapple and banana. I didn't get the same anti-inflammatory properties as my last smoothie, or they weren't as intense. I also didn't completely crash though, either.

I need to log my recipes and results, but the one I made before was heaven. If only I can remember what I put in it...

I worked out to Jillian Michaels DVD 6 pack in 6 weeks and killer Buns and THights and Killer ABS.
THey irrated my pelvic issues , agrivating my uterine cysts. I thought I would have to get a hysterectomy due to the pain her workouts caused me.! that fuckin Jewish Princess Bitch even says in the Video she wouldn't mind putting someone in the hospital.!! Im fuckin SERious, she actually says that!
I stopped her workouts and joined a gym and now run/ staris/lift and its like my cysts are not as irrated and I feel so much better I no longer think im going to get a hysterectomy!

medicate as in get high or otherwise ingest cannabinoids? you should really do that after running or working out. but you kinda confused me. a nice fruit smoothie is great before working out

It tastes great, satisfies hunger for hours, and it feels like I've had Tiger Balm rubbed all over my body and under my skin. After I dial in my recipe maybe I'll share if anyone's interested. Just don't plan on driving anywhere or doing much afterwards. It felt really great to just lay back on my bed, feel my body sink in, and tingle.

I should market it as a spa day in a bottle.
