I definitely think that people living in more multicultured areas seem less racist in general. In big metro areas like New York, it's very common for a black or asian guy to be the big boss in the big office building, or a regulator.. etc... but in more rural areas, black people almost seem forbidden from even working in office buildings. (100% white workplaces somehow)..
