Poor lighting, not enough potassium/phosphorus, incorrect nutrient timing, high temps, root bound, bad genetics.

Fire the trimmers. I mean, take away those shriveled up fan leaves that are still attached and it wouldnt look so bad, at least in the picture.
Now if what your gettin at is bud density then yes, as explained above here.

Can you tell us more about the genetics? Is it Skunk or a Skunk hybrid crossed with something else?

you cut too early , and dont trim very well .
look into a vacation to a colorado Disp. to buy some cuttings of known strains and grow some dank
