Early ATF harvest what now?

so I had posted before that my 7wk Flowering ATF plant got raped by pest. Sad to say I chopped her down atleast a week or two early. I cut and dried branches hanging. Third day and I trimmed them cleaned them. I didn't let them dry to the crunchy dry phase...is this bad? I weighed buds and weighted out at around 38 grams. So what now? Put them in a Mason?

Put them in the mason jar and burp a few times, always checking to see if they are too damp. If so dry them again and back into the mason until you can burp once a day at first without risk of mould. They will then cure evenly in the jar.

Ok. They're still spongey feel. Not hard/crunchy

Don't put them in jars yet if they're still that wet. I'd put them in a paper bag for a few days to a week to let them crisp up on the outside a bit.
