What is the amend kit Dishes ? Is that something extra to do?

yes it is. if you need changes, that's the way I went. it is more work for sure because it has to be filed at the courts and costs $75-unless you can prove you don't have it...then it's free when you fill out the fee waiver form
I'm hoping so. Or that one person gets to for each mmar and mmpr and have a judge decide what's legal and what not. Goldstars covers so much more then allard. Read it it's quite the legal document that will be very difficult for the crown to fight. The evidence is clear about mmj. The scoc was clear. Hc has been unsupportive of the whole issue trying to fuck us over at every step. We will all get the right to grow or have it grown for us. We need any decision in the allard case so then we get a kick at it.
As soon as we get an allard decision there is a motion goldstar claimants get to file. It's for immediate temporary relief to grow and possess until we get a gold star decision. It's a 3 way phone call with yourself, the crown and a federal court magistrate or someone similar. You will get to tell them you need to grow your own due to cost. You're already a documented mmj patient. The crown won't be prepared to defend your motion and you'll win the relief until we get an official decision. Confused yet? Lolololol

So thats only if you moved or needed a new DG but had renewed and were covered under the injunction. I'm guess i'm trying to say if you didn't need changes that one is not necessary to fill out ?

Hey I just got called from the court house. They wanted my 2 bucks. I said I though if you filed on line it was free. The very nice Lady said " no " it's 2 bucks. So I paid.
Jeez that was quick. I only filed 30 minutes ago !! Somebodies on the ball. Guess the Gov was short 2 dollars.

Read it it ask for immediate relief until the goldstar case is finished! Everyone who files goldstar will file this motion and get that immediate relief! THe case will drag on for years so we might as well be safe and fully legal until it's dealt with. Right? You want that right?

i read it so long ago i should really re-read it. the amend changed due to the Smith case...that's the new bullet in the chamber
Further explanation needed bro. I know that concentrates are legal but how will that affect this motion? Isn't this just Arguing for temp relief for the duration of the goldstar case? How do the concentrates ruling change things?

the fact that Smith won shows another flaw in MMAR as well as MMPR. HC said only dried but the SCoC said all derivatives are good too..A smack to HC as shown by Rona being "outraged

Not that I don't have the two bucks, I don't have a visa.
And soon to lose my rights also it appears..... so I better file now also.
You can pay in cash but you have to go to the federal court office nearest you.
