New 400W hps and 3x3x6 tent

If tried a few ways, I can't seem to keep the fan stable without it start swinging all over, I know it secure and won't fall I just don't like it coolant swinging, I'll keep trying ways, I plan on buying 4 clip fans one for ex corner of the tent, it will be a bonus if I can get this one to hang in a way I like

no passive intake pull through carbon the inline and out the tent creates passive intake
