If that matters to you then you don't have enough going on in your real life and need to put the Cheetos down and get outside. If anyone knew anything about big box stores they'd know that the manager is an extension of the company and really doesn't make these decisions on their own. I wholeheartedly know that the case will get thrown out as soon as a judge looks at it, and unless your as sue happy as crazy ass schuy you should see that and know the same.
