First grow and my seedlings seem unhappy. Would appreciate a second opinion.

Firstly thank you to anyone able to help, apologies in advance if I don't have all the info I should probably have.

So yeah as the title says. I need a little help understanding if my plants are dying or just thug it out and hope something changes.

Probably doesn't make them look healthier with HPS on in pics. I can retake some pics if it's really needed.

Info:
Auto pounder cheese feminised
Germinated in damp kitchen towel
Tap roots popped on 31st Aug
Planted all 3 in separate air pots about 1inch deep (think they're 15G pots)
They sprouted 2nd Sept
Seemed to start quite nicely, but now they are barely growing and seem droopy.
Also seem slightly pale green almost yellow
Fed purely water
Temperature has been max 28 degrees, lowest 17 degrees (not ideal but I added a thermostatic fan controlled today to stop the fluxutation)
Humidity is a tad lower than I'd like at 43% - 47% (I have a humidifier running 24/7 in the tent)
600w HPs in cool tube Around 12" above plants (canopy temps are what I stated above).
Coco professional plus+ with an inch of clay pebbles in the bottom for drainage.

I know it's early days, but I feel like they are struggling and I would like to help them before it's too late.

Only thing I haven't invested in (noob mistake) is a PH Meter, but I didn't think it'd be that detrimental whilst getting them going. Figured tap water would be pretty safe since am in the countryside.

Any info that may help?

Thanks for reading.

Heat is a little high. That light is a little close for young seedlings. Why are you using HPS instead of MH or CFL? And I know it can be done and people do it etc. They will stretch badly using HPS during veg compared to MH.

Heat is high I agree. Hoping to be able to balance it now with my controller for the fan speed
I originally had the light high up as I was worried about burning them, but lowered it gradually as the heat didnt rise/change.
I'm using HPS purely as my old man used to grow his likev that and it never seemed to do any harm. I know there are cheaper options (CFL etc) for veg stage but I have already spent a mahsive amount on my grow and am trying to reign it in a little.
I'd be happy if they stretched atm, I feel like they're not going anywhere.

Just uploading proper pics - they look healthier in them except they're still a lil droopy for my liking.

They dont look too bad i would start introducing some nutes at low strengh but would definately invest in a ph pen and ec pen in coco/hydro setup

Thaks for replying, you don't think that they are too young to add nutes? I have read horror stories of people adding nutes too early in impatience to see results.
Expected the Coco pro plus to have enough nutes in it to carry them along without issue.
I have Bio Biz (grow, bloom and topmax) and a bottle of Bio Weed (cold pressed seaweed extract). Was going to start on the bio grow to begin with but thought the bio weed may be good to add as a mist once a week.
What dosage would you think? my dad used to use 5ml of Bio Grow per litre and it seemed to work fine. During flower he began adding 5ml of bloom until they were in full flower then he just stuck to 5ml of bloom per litre.

Am not sure on canna coco but if am correct there is no nutrients in coco, am 5ml per litre is way to high especially at that stage and probably to hight at any, ive only used bio bizz grow in the past for N but none of the rest and your going to want to get some CalMag and seeds should have about 2 weeks of life before nutes are added but i personally go with low 1/4 strengh a bit earlier

They look heat stressed , light stressed or both to me .
What would be the medicine they're looking for then if that's your opinion?
They're on 20 / 4 atm. Seemed prety safe for an auto.
Heat stress may be possible following fluctating temperatures. Since my fan controlled was installed temps have been between 19 degrees at night and 26 degrees (top end; average is 25) in the day.

I doubt I could get the heat higher in the dark periods without adding additional heating. Which im reluctant to do.
As the weather gets cooler i'm going to stop drawing cool air from outside and ciriculate house air - will ensure my low temps don't drop further.

Oh my bad I was thinking celsius or something if that's your actual low temps that's bad under 55° cannibis stops growing...grows at half speed under 65°...try to keep it above 65° at least at lights out...75° to 77° with the lights on....20/4 is good for autos....if you use HPS from start to finish keep it 24" above the seedlings for the first couple of weeks...higher without a cool tube .
Happy growing

25° is below freezing...plants are freezing

Haha... Keep forgetting the whole metric imperial dealio cross over :D

Yeah I'm talking celcius. Hmm Not sure how to keep my temp above 20 degrees in lights out. Already moved my dark phase to middle of the day when ambient temperature is highest.
My fan runs on it's lowest during dark phase too so it isn't exhausting hardly at all (barely ticking over).

Tricky.
