This blows. Hopefully jerry don't sign it. Really doesn't change much for me. Gonna still blow up the indoors and run 6, 1000 gallon pots for outdoor.

It appears you can still grow as a caregiver for 5 patients without having to get a license. But the new law really cracks down on dr that write scripts. Good luck finding one in the future...
I'm fortunate enough to be really hurt. Lols. My regular physician recommends my usage as well as the weed dr. But that's what I got out of it too, going after the weed docs big time! Is it a Republican dominated senate? Kind of surprising after 20 years to do that now. Probably want that tax money like Colorado.

it's all about the tax money. They see it going legal in 2016 & want to nip everyone from going medical to avoid paying taxes...

1000 gallons
Hell i know how big i had to dig a hole to achieve around 2lb and that was only the equivalent of 100 gallons...
As far as pot laws here...we will not go legal in any way i just cant see it happening in my life time ..

I had read somewhere they were not going to cut off pot docs as no real complaints about that. Heard both things so far actually. They definitely want thier cut that much is obvious. Its always about $$$. They will get tested in court for trying to change a voter initiative this way though. Growing pains I suppose.

I don't believe Jerry will sign it. Too much growing of Goverment.
I believe he will sign it because it means tax $$$. Right now they are missing out on a lot of revenue. The new law gives them taxation rights....so he'll sign.

There is also a part in the new law that says Dept of water resources has oversight authority, & I can see them pushing the "drought" as a reason to deny growing...

You may be right. The end of aug he put a comittee together saying it was their intent to regulate. This writting is from his comittee. I follow the ASA , that's where I read the language.
