I believe he will sign it because it means tax $$$. Right now they are missing out on a lot of revenue. The new law gives them taxation rights....so he'll sign.

I can totally see this. Making it harder to get your license, meaning youll have to spend more $ to get it. This will force a lot of people to get insurance aswell. Money for the state!!!

Wow super regulated. Limited licenses going to be issued. Scripts will be hard to come by now.
Should I re-up my script in December, or is everything being thrown "out the window", and starting fresh on Jan 1st?
Guess I need to put on my reading glasses and the read the new laws for myself.

Gonna be pointless if the doc goes out of biz. The script won't be worth jack.

The law Goes into effect Jan 1st. It will take a few years to roll out. But once CCHI 2016 passes and goes into effect, it will void ab 266 and SB 643. They're trying to get as much money out of us while they can.

Imo it will get overturned in the supreme court. A group of growers and doctors will sue the state for violating prop 215.

This bill is actually illegal. Amendment would have to be added to prop 215 and voted on for it ro be legal. But they did it behind close doors.

Before it was gutted and rewritten last week. A lot of growers and patients blew up the governors and senators phones and faxes with saying they don't support ab 266. So brown gutted and rewrote it.

My point there is we as a people have more pull. People are not going to stand for this illegal bill.
