Venting Into Home HVAC Pics Included

Im Planning on running 2K watts in a 6X16 room I built in my basement and wanted to vent the heat through my home ducting system. I will be carbon scrubbing the air that I’m venting into my home so smell wouldn’t be an issue. I would like to know if anyone tried this before and I would like to know if it would mess with the furnace in a bad way

So Should I vent into the return duct or the duct that forces cool/hot air???

My room has two vents in it.

1.blows hot/cold air into the room
2.sucks air out at least I think it does.

I blow hot air from my light into #2

You can tell the difference between the two because one have the flaps that's you can close or control the flow of air and the other doesn't.

If you're going to blow air right into your ducting just be mindful that you may be heating your house in the summer but could be a great thing in the winter.
