Looking for reflective material

What would be best to use? I heard flat white paint does a good job at reflecting light, which really surprised me. I was looking at Panda film from Home depot. What would work best?

Flat white paint that contains titanium dioxide. I believe it has a higher reflected % than Mylar

Doers anyone use Flashgro? It says its a foylon product and it seems relatively affordable.

Panda film or titanium flat white paint. Either will work just fine.

You start lining walls consider the possibility of sweating from the humidity.

I personally would not use the Radiant Guard again on my walls. I will only use Panda. It started to loose it's shine every time I cleaned the walls. With some spray can glue and a friend, the Panda goes up easy and cleans easier. And for some reason I always felt like the walls were shocking me.
