Liquor stores are not big on returning alcohol but that's an across the board policy, not one aimed at any particular group.

I think the point Sky is missing is that a store can have any returns policy it likes (in accordance with relevant laws) as long as it's applied evenly.
She says they're racist, etc. yet she, a white woman receives exactly the same treatment and is basing her WHOLE idea on the (completely insane) notion that it's somehow related to the bus timetable...

the unconditional guarantee is posted in every store in huge letters at customer service..that if you are not satisfied with any purchase..they will refund.
it's actually called..wait for it..wait for it..'unconditional guarantee'.
they're quite famous for it.
additionally, many stores are going to electronic receipt kept on file like target..if you paid with any card..they just swipe your card and up it pops..paid cash? no receipt; they give you merchandise credit.

Something tells me a lot of you folks have never experienced discrimination based on your skin color, sex, sexual orientation or religious belief. Pretty straight forward if customers A and B walk in with returns customer A gets a refund customer B gets a "time coded gift card" to spend on merchandise only in the store because customer B happens to be lower income/a minority/a woman/gay/Muslim/etc that is the basis of discrimination.
Except the only difference here is that one has a receipt and the other doesn't. Not exactly discrimination in my book.

Little history/civics lesson: In 1964 there was a law passed by Congress called the Civil Rights Act, which provided that there would be no discrimination in a public space based on sex, color, religious creed. A public space is classified as: A store, restaurant, or any area where the public may enter.
