I have been an everyday smoker since i was 14ish....I am now 30. Anyways its seemed in the last couple years that a lot of times I smoke, from the same bag I always do btw, I get horrible super fast heartbeat...to the point that my chest really hurts and i feel like I am almost to the point of a panic attack. I tried different buds thinking that it was the bud i smoke (which is always the same) and got the same results. It doesnt matter if its regular, mids or headies I still get the same effect at least 1/4 times when I smoke. Just wondering if anyone out there has experienced the same thing or knows what the deal is with that. Its to the point where I am almost ready to quit. I mean there are so many benefits when its not causing those symptoms, stress and pain relief just to name a couple, but its just getting so bad I would rather not enjoy the 2-3 out of 4 times that are good when i weigh them against the 1-2 times that I feel like im on the verge of a panic attack. BTW as a side note I am a curious person and utilized my smartwatch along with my dads blood pressure monitor that you can set to keep monitoring over a period of time and both my heart rate and blood pressure will go through the roof when this occurs. I have set myself up with the gear before smoking and everything was normal and then smoked. 10 minutes after doing this my BP was 160/97 and I cant remember exact heart rate but it was in the triple digits. Not sure what is causing this and any input whatsoever is appreciated.
