Done? This is crazy

Hi, I have a bit of a newbie problem
This baby has been flowering for ~10.5 weeks (from 12/12 switch)
I have a x30 loupe but my eyesight is not so good, I can't seem to find any ambers however they kind of show in the photos (I think).

At one point about 2 weeks ago I thought they were almost done, and I was planning to chop them.
I went away for 3 days, came back ready to chop and boom, fresh new bud growth on the tops of the buds

Like an additional 1/5 of each bud, green with white hair
So I was like wow, it's not done hey. This is when I got the loupe and started checking trichs.

Now it's getting to the 10 week mark and this is what I have... Should I chop? Give it a few days? Idk

Info:
600w hps, bagseed, probably indica dominant if not 100%, grown in canna Terra pro +40% perlite, generic brand mix of veg nutes, canna terra flores nutes, 24/0 for 3 weeks or so then 12/12 and it's about week 10 from when I switched the switch.

All help is appreciated dearly. This is my second grow and I'm certainly not a master, but it's definitely x10 better than my first grow.


I know it should have more fan leaves. I was wrong to cut "excess" ones off during early flower. Also I should have nuted much more during flower but was scared of nute burn as I completely fucked my first grow up with blood and bone

looks more sativa-ish, but you might have had some kind of problem or something because I'm seeing all types of bananas on her, Maybe an overdoes of nutes, But you're eyes or your jewelers loop deceived you, I clearly see a Fuck ton of amber trichomes on her, I'm not to sure but your plant looks a lot like the white widow x skunk I grew that could just never get right no matter how much i tried to do to fix her she always grew with a lot of buds but the fan leafs and sugar leaves would just start to turn yellow and the plant would basically still pop out bud sights with pistils So I'm curious as to what the issues is to, I was doing mine in hydro!

What % of ambers do you see? I wanted to chop it at 5-25% ambers

I have had a few problems this grow! I reckon most of it is due to temp fluctuations

Looks to me like 50% which is ok I like to make wax with my trim so my preference is 80% longer flower more resin!!!!!! Yea its stronger but stronger to me equalls higher longer!!!!!

fuck yeah man! I'm gonna make hash out of my hermie plant.. it's huge and is full of crystal but no real bud

I like to harvest before they show any Amber. Personal preference. My eye sight is great and I still need s 60x loop to see shit.I see lots of male flowers wich is an indication that your flower is more than ripe. Over ripe for my liking but it is what it is. Looks great though.

Oh, OK. I just wondered. I thought you wanted that much amber.

I like to cut at the peak of mostly cloudy with a little amber.

Aww dude I'm no expert, An I Don't really Fucks with the percentage thing , I find it kind of hard to count the heads of trichomes,

I just chop when i see the plant is kind of uniformly done, I do check trichomes but I check from the bottom Once I see what I feel is a lot of cloudy turning amber trichomes and the buds look thick and juicy and most of the fan leafs are yellow I don't take off the top fan leafs I let them fall out on their own

Looks like temps got way too high for way too long.. Causes all types of problems.. Fix that and your buds will actually finish quicker, be denser, won't have all those bananas and most importantly will help get your taste and smells on point..

Get your intake/exhaust/circulation game tight and you honestly wont even need to check trichomes. You'll just be able to give it a nice squeeze and tell when its done..

Good luck and you may as well just take it down now because honestly letting it run much longer and you're going to risk some rot..

Yeah I knew I couldn't trust the timer on the air conditioner. Not being able to be there every day for them is what messed me up. It May have gotten to above 30 degrees C (86F) for maybe up to 3 days, twice! Damn, next time I'll have learned my lesson.

Oh well! Check it, I harvested and this is them hanging up to dry. They still look pretty good.. Not 10/10 but like, wouldstillsmoke/10 right?

Honestly I think I may have to pinch out all the little white/yellow bits. Most of them dont have thc on them and I don't imagine they'd be nice to smoke. What do you think?
I decided, as it's an unknown bag seed, that I will call it "Nanna Kush" haha
