ok, many of you know me here, I dont build lights for sale, and I dont know these people, but I was shown an advertisement for CXB3070 light fixtures for sale on Amazon, you can get 200, 300 and 450 watt panels, and they are inside square housings like area 51 and mars and others, but they are putting in the cree cobs everyone is after,,
any ways,, I dont know what to think of them, but I am surprised nobody else is jumping on this wagon faster,,

The other post was someone that had that cob panel sandwhiched between two blurple and the seller posted in thanking them for putting up the review and now that post is gone

I talked to mike at go green and got a 15% discount for the panels for myself and any Rui member. Some members reported it and admin removed it thinking I was in with them.

Anyway I was pissed off that I had put in effort helping the community getting a great deal 4x cxb3070 for $450 and did a reveiw so everyone could see what was avaliable and it was pulled down. I've read so many posts how members come here from other forums because if they post about a non sponser or how a sponser sucks their posts get removed which is crap. This form is strong, because of the members not the Sponsers or admins. Effort should be made to reward the members and help this community progress weather it's by having brilliant members like automizer and supraspl maintain memberships or by keeping money in the pockets of each member.
So I thought it was crap to have it removed when there's other companies offering half the crees for 100$ more advertised. But it's back up now. So I'll rock on with my grow so people can see how the light "sandwiched between burples" does for me.....

Hey Brother, I never saw the original post, so wasnt a part of it, I am not sure why we need a review for some cobs and drivers that many of us are already putting together for ourselves, we know how they grow already, so I am not sure what there is to review, other than how quickly they ship,, or how thier customer service is,

theres a difference between a review, and a advertisement which bm9ags did,...now THREE times, youre post has been edited by the way bm8ags and if you wish to keep your account on riu you will stop advertising for the company, i believe i strictly told you, you may review but you cannot give out discounts and advertise for the company because they want you to

im not sure whats so hard to understand here

Haha yeah completely true. But it's
Mixed with my osrams so thought that may be interesting. I'm really hoping to get a good GPW result.

Mainly I did the reveiw to show dudes the inner working of the light so they see what they're getting..... Not rocket science but the full disclosure from go green LEDs on components is nice.

But whatever if my flowering log with the lights blows then let me know and I'll not post. My next upgrade is high pressure aero. So as long as I don't deploy I can have a little good and bad brotherhood in this community.

I'm don't doing ANYTHING because "they want (me) to". So it wasn't covered in your articulation of rules.

Yeah after seeing some of these diy builds I want to build some supplemental lighting. But I know I wouldn't make one as clean as a consumer unit with out spending more getting all the tooling to do that. eventually I'd like to build wall mounted cobs.

Funny I was thinking of gutting my Mars housing, and stuffing cobs in it

i considered the same. Get the 50$ "super duper 1 million watt HPS killer 25watt China led" and just use the chassis.

I bet we could ask PLC and GGL where they get theirs and get some maybe....worth a shot

How is mixing it with other lights a fair review? We don't know what is pulling what? It would be a better review with it by itself wouldn't it?

I would like to know what it could do by itself before buying.

It's a new amazon store with no reviews or ratings of any kind. I guess all amazon stores have to start some where. Personally if I was gong to buy a cob panel I would go with plc . They use cxb 3070's as well. Built by well known reputable people. It's cheaper than all the other commercial cob panels.
