Grow Room Design

I am thinking of getting a 1.4x1.4x2m grow tent equipped with 1x inline fan 2x circulation fans and 2 400w MH/HPS.

Would this lighting be adequate for 16plants (1month veg) (4 plants in each quadrant of the tent) also/or do you think it would be more worth my while to grow 4 plants (1 each quadrant) for 2-3+ months veg.

Yea its borderline, I think you'd do better with four but it'll be nice fat buds

How will you have room in the tent(not grow room here)for your portable a/c unit?

It's suprising how little light it actually takes to grow a canabis plant, that is not to say that they shouldn't have much light cos they should, every penny u spend on lighting and cooling will be more than made up for up until you hit about 100watts per square foot.
