According to:http://norml.org/laws/item/oregon-penalties-2 but, get a judge who is a dick and you could still get jail time up to 6 mo for that misdemeanor. However, it does sound like, over time, these penalties will be softened through legislation. Which I think is important since this is not the end of prohibition, but just a lesser form of it - we should keep pushing to raise that bar until people and the law are finally ready to accept that this is just a crop like any other.

They don't - you would have to get their attention somehow, or have a suspicious neighbor who complains to authorities.

So it's basically like growing in an illegal state? hmm ehh I would just take the 4 plant thing as a suggestion and invest in some good filters and good vibes to your neighbors!

Loving the weather the outdoor is really starting to stink!!!
I know! Perfect growing weather almost nonstop all summer too. My girls loved the heat.

Pm me if you wanna join my local pdx growers club, just a handful of us meeting every couple weeks for learning/sharing. We have a good mix of beginners and experts.

So another question my baby is only growing single leaves instead of a normal leaf with 3-5-7 just looks weird lol.
I know someone who ended up re-vegging a plant outdoor that was starting to flower before he got it. Same thing happened - mostly single leaves for a while.

I did a quick google search and people suggested "photoperiod stress" or a light leak during the dark period, more specifically. Which is consistent with the story of my friend's plant. Are there outdoor lights or street lights or anything hitting her after dusk?

I have a Cindi 99 that only ever grows 3-petal leaves, but that is a genetic trait I'm quite sure. There may be other strains that prefer 3 or even 1, I haven't heard of 1 though.

This is black berry it was budding and I put it back to veg and super cropped it its growing like crazy just the leaves look funny
