can anyone help me figure out what is wrong with my plant??

Believe it or not,a flat white wall instead of a mirror would be better(less heat,no bouncing uv/ir waves,less humidity and no condensation). Unless your talking about a parabolic mirror but i doubt it, just use flat white

Path of light and SPLFreak808 are right. Although it would seem like a mirror would work, it won't. Flat white paint is good. Mylar and panda film are also good. Emergency blanket is acceptable and foil, although no one with growing experience will recommend it, can also work as a last resort if you can't get any of the other more reflective material.

I have read that cops like to watch hydro stores. Not sure how true that is but figured I would pass that on. I don't want to see anybody get in trouble trying to enjoy life a little.

Well thanks for letting me know about the police, I've not seen any hanging out around the one I go to but undercover cops are pretty stealthy, I'll be even more aware of my surroundings. You could order online as well.

From everything I have read they do not mess with home depot or lowes because there are to many people coming and going but hydro stores are so small that they can watch the people coming and going better. I read that a lady got her house raided after stopping at a hydro store. once they saw her leave one, they started an investigation and found weed stems in her trash and got a warrant. Just to shove a gun in her and her husbands face and find under an 8th and no weed growing or attempting to grow. how sad!

The fuzz openly admits watching hydro stores and head shops.
Order online, and try not to have to go through customs.

I have a small 21/2 ' x 2' x3' frame with poly wrapped around it. Small green house kind of. For one plant would that be okay.

The grow tents have reflective lining, which helps get light to every spot on the plant. The green house effect you set up from the little knowledge i have. will only help with humidity and temp but not light. You want to get light to every spot on the plant to help it get bushy. I have a three week old plant that is about 7" tall but has 18 branches. Its my first grow but thats why i suggested the tent. I figured since i do not have any experince. I would just focus on the basics. Good soil, light, air flow, water and food as needed.
