You've been reading (and believing in, as usual) too much trash. Texas is very lenient when it comes to growing and smoking pot. Yes, it's illegal but cops concentrate on violent crimes. We were smoking pot in concerts openly back in the late 60's, cops didn't care. I'm talking concerts I went to like Jimi Hendrix, Led Zeppelin, Zappa, Cream, Chicago, Santana...when music was music, not the canned marketed crap of today.

Show me one case where a doctor violated his oath and turned in someone then got their guns confiscated. Are you implying that a bullet fired hits level to the barrel no matter the distance like a laser? And that a mortar acts differently?

The same calculations are used for mortars, snipers, pistols, and even rockets that land on the moon.....just lots more variables for moon.

In fact if you held a bulletin your hand at say 10" above the ground and you had a rifle perfect ally horizontally aligned with a perfectly horizontal ground and you were able to release that bullet out of your hand and fire a bullet from a rifle leaving the crown of that rifle at the exact time they would both impact the ground precisely at the same moment. Gravity is a constant. Only thing that can effect that is that the bullet shot out of a right hand twist barrel while spinning clockwise met with high winds coming from the right to left the bullet from the rifle would hit last and if there was a high wind coming opposit it would hit sooner. But you would need a high wind and the difference would be very small.
