Please DO me a SOLID Concerning cxb3590 Light Build

alright, I want to upgrade my light for the next grow, there is lots of information here, and I am on overload ,
for those who know,,
DO ME A SOLID, please
my box is 3 foot wide and 2 feet deep x 6 feet tall
2 things is all I need
and please put links to the exact items
I would like to use 4 Cxb3590 cob ,,
and 1 driver for all 4 ,,

when I type cxb3590 into google I get so many web sites that sale them, I dont know what bin to use, I dont know what voltage to use, 36 or 72 volts
Thanks to Supra's thread on driver matching I can get a good idea of which drivers to use, but when you type a driver into google,, you get A version or B version,, as well as other choices sometimes,

Many guys will list
""""I used 4 cxb3590 3500k"""",, but thats all, no mention of bin or volt, and no link to the exact cob, and so I cant find which one they really used

I can put these together on heat sinks, just need the parts
if you want to toss in the exact cob holders cool, but I think i saw those on realstyles thread

If you're wanting 200 watts total you would use the 36 volt with a 1.4amp driver or the 72 volt with a .7 amp driver. Get the highest bin you can find/afford. Check the datasheet to see the bin codes beside the lumen output. B version of Meanwell drivers is for external dimming so get it if you plan to use a dimmer switch or knob. All the technical data you need for selecting is at meanwell.com and cree.com.

That's a 72 volt 3000K CXB 3590. The CB bin is the highest available bin for the 3000K CXB. Since it's 72 volt you would want a HLG-185H-C700 driver if you want to run 4 at 50 watts each.

If you want the 3500K chips kingbrite is your only option AFAIK and you have to get 5 unless you can talk Jerry into selling 4. Personally I favor the 3000Ks but if you wanted 3500K you need to look for

CXB3590-0000- 000R0HCD35H or
CXB3590-0000- 000R0HCD35G
paired with HLG-185H-C700

There are two part numbers because of color discrepancies but for our purpose either is fine.

Or in 36 volt
CXB3590-0000- 000N0HCD35H
CXB3590-0000- 000N0HCD35G
paired with HLG-185H-C1400

You could use the same driver I have, the hlg 185 1400a and run four 36v cxbs at 50w each. Or double it to 2 bars, 8 cobs and two of those drivers for a total of 8 cobs at 50w each and dim them down to your desired level..that will give you awesome spread in that cab. You see what six cobs does in my tent of similar size.
Not sure where I'd buy the cobs at the moment but jameco was good for drivers and heatsink usa.

Its hard to beat his prices. CD is the best bin he has can i can recommend. 36V option because we do not feel like playing with high voltage stuff. 36v and 72v have same performance just need different driver.

Ideal 50-2303CR holder for COB. Jerry sells this too. search on http://www.findchips.com/ for other options.
Use 18 guage solid wire.

Then you need Meanwell HLG-185-C1400
Jerry sells these too. See Growmau5 invoice for price idea. He used different driver but price should be same.
Or goto http://www.findchips.com/ and find it there. search for HLG-185-C1400A or HLG-185-C1400B on chipfinder. Select in stock checkbox

HLG-185-C1400A has built in dimming. Just use screw driver to adjust 50%-100%
HLG-185-C1400B You have to attach 100K Linear taper Potentiometer for dimming. Also recommended to attach 10K ohm resistance in series. Now you can adjust 10%-100%

Heatsink depends on your approach. passive or active.

hi, please do me a solid.
I know its been mentioned on this thread earlier that CB is the best bin for the cx3590
Im a total noob with led just getting my feet wet.
maybe the info still stands but from what i seem to glean today after going through crees datasheet is that BD is a better bin than the CB. Am I COMPLETELY wrong? Doesnt a higher CRI mean a better led or is it irrelevent from a growers perspective?
