I wanted to know how many people dry in boxes. The reason why I ask is I did this last year and the weed comes out so much nicer than hang drying in a closet. It seems to dry the buds more evenly.

I think it does. It pulls it out and puts it back. Its a give and take. I think it works great.

I wanted to do this method but my girls were just too big I'd've spent all day seeking cardboard boxes!
I've used all sorts re ice extraction and I personally prefer to use cardboard it cuts time off for sure

I use cardboard box with string going from side to side and hang buds on induvidually and can also leave the box shut in the tent for the filter to get rid of the smell
Punch a good few small holes in the box for air circulation though but not massive ones as you don't want much if any light getting in there.

Sounds like a great idea if you're doing large quantities and can set boxes on a bit of a pedestal. Something like two pieces of wood to keep the box from touching the ground and allowing airflow. I've never dried that much at one time but for what it's worth, boxes have a natural desiccant quality control because you can open and close them and hanging them can be an option. Contamination is often an afterthought because it can be grown outside yet worried about stuff collecting on the buds...why worry about it so much? Show me a sterile bud....if possible.

a cardboard box eh ? interesting im willing to try if it works better than simply hang drying in a closet... if it is legit that is
