Obama said on 60 minutes that Hillary made "a mistake" with her e-mail server.
Now we need to know if it was a criminal mistake.
Regardless, if a Republican would have done what she did,
their ass would have been thrown in jail a long time ago.

I think if it is determined that some of the emails on the private server were "born classified" she will more or less be un-electable. I don't expect her to be prosecuted. More likely she will cut a deal to exit the race and support Biden to avoid charges.

Hillary's mistakes are out of the politicians hands. The FBI are the ones that are in control of the email shit from here on out. The Bengazi committee will be a wake up call before the FBI takes action. imo

At some point the AG will be involved. Right now I believe the FBI is sharing info with the BENGAZI committee . When the indictment gets issued then the AG will take over and Hillary gets a criminal attorney. imo

I disagree. Loretta will not be going after any Democrat candidate during an election year.

I don't see it damaging the dem party, just the outgoing administration or maybe just Hillary depending on the email content. Even if she did nothing wrong, it is going to remain a political mess for her in the near term.

That could be what happens. Maybe they could just do nothing and give her a pass. Loretta will take a lot of heat if she decides to do nothing . After what the Dems did to our general it would no doubt give them a black eye. This next month is going to be very entertaining.
