Does Anyone know if the higher plant count option is about to change

Alright guys I'm from Nebraska and please don't hate me for that I hate this state not my fault I was born here haha. Colorado has always been my second home my dad has had a house in the foot hills outside of Lyons since before I was born. I've been locked up for about five years I get off parole January fifth and I will be in the best state of the union on January 6th, I already have my train ticket. My cousin that is currently in Cali finishing up a fantastic outdoor season will also be moving out with. It has always been my dream to grow and thank god I have my cousin coming out there with me because I will be able to skip the whole trial and error stage. I just want you guys to know that I am serious about this and I'm not every other moron that thinks they can come out there and its going to be an easy thing to do. At some point when I have more time I will upload some pics of my cousins crop so you don't think I'm just some idiot from Nebraska that doesn't know what good weed is. Okay so to the point of this forum I spent last night reading forums about this higher plant count doctors recommendation. It seems like I read something that says there is a meeting coming up and it sounds like it is about to become harder to get. I should have saved the links to this forum but I didn't. Does anyone know anything about this? I'll try and find the link again and post it on here. Any info would be greatly appreciated and I promise you all I'm not coming out with any greedy intentions and our trees will be all organic and we won't be growing any bull shit haha

People get their undies in a knot over what the government says you can or cant do, what kind of regulations on this or that, blah blah blah.

I give the same amount of respect to what the government tells me I can and cant do as when I was growing weed in Florida, that amount would be absolutely zero.

Don't be stupid or get greedy and you will be fine. The government can't even run the fucking post office, unless you leave them a solid trail of suspect shit, they aren't going to know anything about what you are or aren't doing.

Think about the interactions you typically have with government employees and then ask yourself, are these people smarter than me? Yeah, just don't be stupid and you'll be fine.

lol I totally agree with you. How ever I did just do 5 years in prison I'm only 26 years old and I really don't want to go back. Do u think I should even get a med card how risky is it to say have 20 veg 20 flower with nothing. I'm assuming it would be better to jump through all the bureaucratic bull shit. I mean is that whats really going on that most people are just growing and not really giving a shit about any of the laws?

so you want a high plant count to make money? you have any idea the amount of people trying to do that here? take a look at craigslist man they all claim organic fire but truth be told most lie. fact is if you do not want to worry about getting busted, follow the laws. i believe you must have a clean record to apply for license or clean for a certain time.....

I understand given your record you're limited on career choices but doing this doesn't give you a positive probable outcome. In 10 years where do you see yourself. You're young, work a job or two and get in to college.....he'll go for a horticulture degree and then you can do what you want down the road prodessionally.

I've read all the Colorado statutes and thank god they are very relaxed...the only thing a felon can't do is own a dispensary and even that is decided on a case by case basis after 5 years after the conviction... It does not bar you from being a care taker or a patient..Thank god there's a decent place to live still in this fucked up country lol

The only people I have heard of getting busted here were ones that were blowing out high plant counts and selling.
Sounds like exactly what you want to do and its not a smart idea. Great growers are a dime a dozen here, and most locals that want one have no problem getting a friend to be a caregiver.

OK well I don't plan on making a living off it or anything if my cousin and I each had a 6/6 for a total of12 flower 12 veg... That wouldn't really be a flag would it? We are also gonna do 3 monster recreational out doors at my dads up in the mountains.. And I definitely wana be able to smoke a lot I got 5 years of catching up to do lol

I went out there a month ago for a weekend... I don't smoke but I couldn't believe the bull shit outdoor my dad was smoking on for 200 a zip my friends out here get way better indoor out here for 200...all though he says he likes lower THC Sativa's so he can still function he's 62...and btw thank you all for almost cutting the price in half over the last five years growing up it was always 50 or 60 and we usually just settled for schwag now schwag is almost non existent out here and we all appreciate it very much haha

I wouldn't think so. No one is going to see your plant rec unless you are doing something to bring attention. To be honest where I am located nobody seems to care about small growers. As long as you are keeping things reasonable, in state, and between consenting adults you likely will have no problem.

I didn't actually smoke any so I couldn't say for sure. But ya hes really old school and paranoid he still hasn't been to a dispensary lmao..he doesn't want his picture taken haha.. I don't get it but hey he lived in Nebraska most of his life until ten years ago and never had a possession ticket so I guess he did a lot better than me haha...
