Keep in mind for MOST of this country plant counts are a big factor when growing a SCHEDULE 1 drug, cultivation can easily lead to mandatory minimums. PA doesn't care if they are in veg/flower, seed , clone, whatever=== over 9 is a year in prison automatically here.
Off topic, but I have to check into things that don't sound right. Mandatory minimums were "up to" 5 years in PA for ANY cultivation charge (first offense). If you were "distributing" you could get up to 10 years, but only if you were caught with over 100,000 lbs of product.

Also, many of the gun and drug mandatory minimums became null and void this year after being deemed unconstitutional by the State Superior Court.

So, bomb it out bro.

Dimming is not just a novelty, it is a useful operation for indoor gardeners. If many of our lights have the option for dimming, then why not utilize it? If you don't want to dim your lights, just don't touch the little knob. For those who are space/heighth restricted, dimming is much more than a convenience.
