3 Out plants, very sick

Hello everyone!
One of my friend called me and asked me if I wanted his plants before he throws them away, so I went and picked 3 of the better looking one.

They all looked very very sick, red stem, half cut leaves, yellow leaves, spots, drooping, white discoloration on leafs and some burn...

Anyway, he told me he got them for his birthday wich was in the end of june, they are clones of either blueberry kush or Afghan kush, he never fed them or even water, he left them on his balcony and let the rain and weather take care of them...

So when I got them I transplanted them in new pots, and gave them all a good 600-650 ppm Feed with ph'd water.
Few days later for some reason I let the rain watered them, and I should be about to water them tonight.

Most of the top leaves have gain green in color and flower started too! So i'm pretty happy about that

Here is what I need to know :

1) Should I plain water or feed them this time again? (Every other day or every 3rd watering?)
2) Are the leaves with big red stem or yellow/sick leaves worth getting rid of? (Already did trim alot of them wich were really really bad)
3)Since we can see flower starting, does this mean it's in week 1 of flower?

and beside that, any other suggestion is welcome as I never let cannabis grow outside!

I guess I will if they keep on getting better!
I have the General Hydroponic's Flora complete serie, it have Flora Micro,Grow,Bloom, Floralicious, Florablend, Rapidstart root enhancer, and Nutri+ seaweed extract. Ph my water at 6.6 - 6.8 Mix in 1 gal, around 650 ppm. I follow the expert drain to waste schedule from GH.
Normaly I'm feeding my indoor grow every 2nd or 3rd watering, depending on if they start showing defs.
But for these 3 that looked like a mess 2 weeks ago I'm not sure if I should give them a normal feed schedul or give them a bit of nute each time to help to heal the defs. My guess was just to water with seaweed extract and feed every 2nd time

The red stems won't hurt anything. It's just a sign of stress. What did the roots look like when you repotted? The pots seem a little small. Otherwise, you seem to be doing well. Go easy with the feeding and see how they react. Stressed plants sometimes don't react well to overfeeding. I think you have the right idea.

The pot they were in were 2-3 times smaller then these, and the root looked kinda ok, but far from root bound. They were small but white

You might consider moving them into slightly larger pot when you can see roots coming out the bottom. The more roots, the more bud! Good luck and keep us posted!

They don't look quite ready yet, what do you guys think?

They look.... honestly... not that good. I see Burnt sereated leave edges indicating a K deficiency. I also see Burn tips that are tipped upwards indicating a lack of Mag, it must not have been too much to cause interveinal chlorosis and necrotic leasons, but it didnt help matters. Also I see necrotic blotching on the larger fan leaves indicating a P deficiency. Id bet you N was too high durring flowering.

Afghans are my favorite pain strain and i have grown probably 15 since i started way back when. I very rarely went past 10 weeks, but yours still have whits pistels on the top colas. Your Afghans have a sativa flowering trait and need to be forced ripend. Cut the 12 hrs of light down to 7 or 8.

other than that is does look potent, and tasty so you did do a good job on the grow.

Well I guess they should have been fed more!
But, for my 'First' grow, they looked so bad they never got feed or my friend didnt even water them he let the rain took care of it. I'm surprise they got this big.

So cut the light to 7 hours, got it.
Do you know how many days should be left doing so? I know past 10 weeks is too long

If it were me? Id hand pluck all the large fans leaves now. Turn off the lights today and leave them in the dark for 3 days. Get a 20lb bag of ice and top off the pots. Mound the ice up along the trunk of the plants. As it melts over the course of 3 days add more to each untill your out of ice. On the 3 day, dont turn on the lights, terpenes are highest at dusk and at night, they volitize durring warmer temps and durring lit periods as to attract pollinators. Cut the plants down whole, hang them upside down and slowly dry them for 5-8 days. Then remove the branches and trim them up to your preference. re hang the individual branches not and finish the dry. Proceed after with standard jaring and curing.
