source vapor has real bad customer serviece!!! i have spent over $500 on items from them in multiple orders , and this last order, (3 quarts coil-less atomizers for $55, YES for 3 only ) well when i recieved the 3 pack, one strait out box was causing my battery to shut down and it would display messages on battery prior to shut down , i sent Source Orb a message in detail giving them the reading from battery and all details , then i recieved a message saying wait someone will reply within, 48 hours , so i wait 2 days then message again , still nothing, no reply even till now , but in meantime they send me a spam email saying save $10 next purchase for reviewing their product . so i go leave a honest review , nothing bad i liked them for the most part , but i did be honest of my problem , , now im completley blocked from thier website , haha what a joke i would never give my money to them again anyway . just watch out if you have problems ever!!!,i even bought everything direct from the website!! peace
