How is she looking and I'm thinking about plucking her in 2-3 weeks while keeping a close eye on color of pistils (don't have magnifying glass so can't check on color of the trichromes).

Any inputs appreciated!

I don't agree with naming plants, its like naming pigs, you're gonna end up eating/smoking them and if you give them a name, you might not be able to cut that f*cker down.

Edit: Bet you're excited now looking at all those lovely hairs :)

Yessir, this is my first one so I'm just trying to learn as much as I can about the fundamentals. Tried the FIM method but didn't appear to work probably due to it was done too late in the veg stage.

Haha rookie mistake by me. Excited for sure, so the conventional wisdom is wait til about 80% of the pistils turn amber/red to harvest right? Mine is probably sitting at about 50% right now.

Yea great job bringing her back, she looks good! Really hard to say how close, but pros say if you think it's done wait a week lol. Usually you can see the colas have a much more "swollen" look when they are close, and the hairs will recede. Nothing wrong with plucking a bud and testing it out, let it dry for a couple days or place it on a warm device like a cable box and speed it up a little (with some quality loss of course). Really nice job though, got some good exp and some bud as well ;)
