Had lady at hydro store tell me to fill net pot half full media, place clone in and fill with media.

Plant growing but roots still not showing after 3 weeks. How long it take for plant to take off?

Running 5 gallon with 6" net pot

Help really appreciated.

Might have stressed them out a little and adjusting to new home. They will show soon enough if plant is still growing.
As long as you have a few air stones and water is all the way to bottom of net pot you should be good bro! good luck.

Have a few beginning roots i can finally see. You done much hydro;this is my first attempt

Try a Clone King for cloning. Then put them in net cups. It might go a little faster for you.

When you have a couple of roots touching the water things will take off like a rocket well mine did first 2 weeks was slow as fuck didn't look like it was doing anything.

Top feed encourages downward root growth.

Try a Clone King for cloning. Then put them in net cups. It might go a little faster for you.

DIY your own cloner will be much better than over spending on a Clone King, and probably end up with better results.

DIY is not rocket science for sure. By the time I find a suitable res, a sturdy top, drill a bunch of holes with a hole saw, buy a pump, plumbing, spray nozzle, net pots......that stuff isn't usually just laying around and it isn't free.....I figured $70 with all the work done didn't sound too bad. That's the choice, time vs money.
