Sorry, of course, they held meetings in the basement of a mosque in Takrit. Took turns bringing refreshments. So let me rephrase...
Obama's decision to leave Iraq obviously was the main catalyst of ISIL's empowerment.

Same level of U.S. troops there as when Obama pulled them out and ISIL does not slaughter thousands of Iraqis and probably continues to be a non-factor.
Do you think disbanding the army had any affect on their stability or rise of opposing forces?

Did disbanding the Iraqi army have any affect on the stability of Iraq and did it help the rise of opposing forces such as the taliban and Isis?

They were a non-factor when they were together. Similar apart. Opposing forces looked at them as speed bumps af best.

Now back them up with American troops...different story.

I'll stop complaining about Bush when he
Brings back to life all the dead American soldiers
Restores the trillions of dollars that were spent in Iraq

Bush was not faultless but he did not lie. Like you do here...fool. Obama had the ability to win the peace. Instead he chose the narcissistic route, throwing Iraq and our reputation to the wolves. Obama could have stopped ISIL early in Iraq and chose not to. He is a fucking embarrassment.
He lied the whole time. It's why he doesn't go abroad.
He is worried he will get arrested
