An officer approached him and his two friends and accused them .."if they were drunk or on drugs"
One of them grabbed my arm, the other one grabbed my wrist, they slammed me to the ground. One of them covered my whole face and I could not breath.
If an officer approached me, and one grabbed my arm and the other grabbed my wrist,...wouldn`t that be two officers ? Why fire one and not the other.
