It looks good, one-two weeks until chop imo but the only true way to know when it's ready is a microscope pen, usb microscope or a loupe. I personally like the 100x pen microscopes with led, I got mine for $15 off ebay and works a treat.
Less amber trichs more milky/clear trichs will get you more of a head high without couch lock, the more amber the more couch lock.
The most I'll normally let my plants go is about 40% amber 60 milky/clear but depending on strain I find 20-30% amber to be best. Remember too much amber on an indica and your ass ain't even making it to the fridge for munchies
