Max, the only way to decrease that adrenal system response is a combination of EMDR and working out to exhaustion (running). Google EMDR, buy some decent (cheap), running shoes, lace up and let's go.

In helping others you gain strength, maybe volunteer at your local VA Hospital. One thing is always true there are always others much worse off than you. Look for the gratitude in all you have and with that family you have a LOT more than many of us. Make sure your past does not ruin your daughters future.

That's awesome girlfriend!!! I'd be happy to accommodate! Tomorrow evening I'm getting a new smartphone (nothing fancy but a decent camera) I'll post lots! thank you for saying that, I promise you the peace and fun is just beginning. We found our own little piece of heaven here
