The nationality of people from Peru is obviously Peruvian. When it comes to race, Peruvians would technically be Hispanic/Latino. But the problem is that Hispanic/Latino isn't a race since anyone from a Spanish speaking country can be Hispanic regardless of race (and anyone from Latin America can be Latino). Many Peruvians are of Native American or mestizo descent, so that's PC for what their race would be.
