anyone know a good mushroom species to get?

plan on making the magic mushrooms! very soon. ive found a few places to get the spores at. if anyone has suggestions on good deals or legit companies that would be great help. is there a good or bad species of mushroom? there are so many psychedelic mushrooms out there how do i know whats the best for me? im new to shrooms only taken them a few times in my life

Go for psilocybe cubensis. There's lots of different varieties which all differ ever so slightly. There's always rumors of one variety being more potent than another but I've had no experience with that in 3 years of growing. The only exceptions I've found are Penis Envy varieties which can be incredibly potent and Koh Samui super strain also potent, these spores however are tougher to germinate ( especially PE). So basically order whatever variety you think is cool and I bet you'll get some good boomers.

Honestly you will yield much more with a bulk tek.
Colonize how ever many qts of spawn you want
PASTEURIZE your 50/50 coconut coir/verm mix
Crumble and mix 1 qt of spawn for 1.5 qts of coir/verm in a five gallon bucket
Cover with a half inch of coir so that you can't see any grains from your spawn
Level it out
Put a plastic shopping over the top to act as a loose lid
Return 3 weeks later.

If you don't have spores just message me a mailing address and I'll send you some for free. The cost of the above tek probably cost with everything included is about $80 but that involves a few one time costs like the pressure cooker/bucket/glass jars and glad mini rounds. The second grow should cost what ever the grain and substrate costs.

I just ordered some golden teacher spores. They are apparently easy to grow but fairly middle of the road potency wuse. Going to make a shotgun fruiting chamber and try the pf tek for my first round. Maybe then move on to mono tubs.
