I need help

I don't know what the problem is.i am think over watered. So too much moisture still.but I took one out and the roots have really took off and are growing good.new growth looks sad. Or soil too compact. The new growth is like cupping up like a bowl

Light is like 12" above. And only 18watt light.6 cuts

The serrated edges of my stuff get like that when I forget to turn on a circulation fan or it gets too hot.

i took one of the clones out of a red cup to see how moist and if roots were growing. They have really taken off just no growth.
