CFLWhat kind of light?
I am using one big one that was given to me. I don't have the money to buy another one & I don't even know how many watts I would have to buy to fit my other light fixture. Will the stretching affect the quantity & quality of my yield? If you're using CFLs, bend that plant. Move your lights closer and get more if you can. Are you using just 1 big bulb or many smaller wattage bulbs? This is what my closet clones look like after some low stress training and topping the plants. You want to surround potential bud sides with as much light as you can fit and the more CFL light bulbs the better. Your plant looks healthy though but it's trying to stretch to reach the lights.

How much can the stem bend when I tie it down before it's too much for the plantYes
If adding more lighting isn't an option, your best course of action is to take down the foil, bend the plant over and tie it down, and lower the light closer to the plant
I did everything like you said. What else could I try to do to help my plantYou'll know, just go slow. If it feels like it's going to snap, stop. I've bent plants all the way over into an arch shape before, they're pretty tough.
It looks like the 'handles' in that red bucket have a hole in them already. I would just put some fishing line/floral wire/whatever through there, then tie it to the top.
Then, as you bend the plant down, you can pull the string through the hole and tie it off.
How days into flowering is she? What strain? How many bulbs & what kind?At 4 weeks it's going to stop stretching anyways and focus on flower development.
Just try to keep it surrounded with as much light as you can.
My babies under CFL, to give some encouragement!

i found out the light bulb that I am using! It's a TCP 2700k 68w 120 v 60Hz CFL lightbulb. It doesn't look like it has any nutrient issues, just keep doing what you're doing besides the light stuff I'd say
