How can I make the most of my space

No it's in a room used often

Well, no opening the door for airflow then......hole to the attic to vent warm air there? Might cause melting and ice issues in the winter though....

Well I can open the door thinking of buying my own door and cutting holes in it to run some dryer duct thru an just exhaust in the room stealth not to much of an issue at the moment
