Buds smell funny

I accidently broke a small branch off of my plant the other day so I took the bud and started drying it just to give it a sample. I've noticed it smells like a fresh cut cucumber can anyone tell me why? Is this permanent?

Because it hasn't been cured...so, no it is not permanent .(Unless it was a cucumber plant; then it is permanent )

I got a seeds from Dr chronic once and i spent two monts nurturing and taking care of this plant only to find out it was jalapeños i spent about $90 plus shipping.
Was mad as fuck calles and send emails only to get a smug condescending response.
Never again!

Get yourself a 60x magnifying glass and check the trichomes.
When they look like this then it's time to chop

really depends on strain and environment.usually 1-3 weeks.had buds thats been dun in 4 days

Lettuce beats jalapeños in my salad any day.

Not looking to bad my friend defo looks like there's a few weeks left for them tho, but im just a newbie myself. Do as the above have mentioned and u should be all good

Cured in 4 days? What strain is that,?, not being funny just wanna know. Drying in 4 days yeah, but cured? Thats at least a 3-4 week process at 62%RH jarred.

I'm surprised it smelt of cucumber and not fertiliser... pic 2 suggests maybe a good flush imo?

Ivorydoom420 she has at around 3 weeks to go buds will start to swell and you will see those buds double in size, be patient worth the wait, buds put out on alot of weight in the last couple weeks of flower.

Plants look great.
Better read up on drying and curing. A good cure is crucial.

I've started flush already. Do I need to feed again Or am I good to go?
