<- Newbie Here. Do They Just BUD A Bunch Suddenly?

Been Waiting And Waiting And Waiting And Doesn't really seem to be changing much now im in like week 2 in flowering they are growing a little taller almost close to the light now. guess my question is will I just wake up one morning when my tent turns on and notice a HUGE dramatic change or is it just gonna be a really slow process....?? how long did it take everyone else till they started noticing huge changes?

hey there, in the last 2-3 weeks of flower you will notice a rapid fattening/swelling of the buds. in about another 2.5 weeks or so you will be able to see what the general shape ofnthe buds will be and then they will start to get fatter.

by the way those look decent for week 2! when did you start the count from?

first time eh? beatiful plant. looks nice and happy real nice lookin sativa structure. how close isnshe to the light? I thimknsheay stretch a decent bit more.

they are actually like only a foot away from the light now getting kinda concerned about heat actually but people tell me they grow up to the light and handle it just fine. and its actually day 16 but yeah pretty close to 2 weeks... and this first time around im not gonna chop the bottom at all the next time I do it im gonna mess with them more. here conflicting things on that topic.

I'm growing indica. I chose to do low stress training and pruning (semi-lollipop) the lower growth 2 weeks before forcing them to flower. For an indica strain, the tallest one is nearly 4 ft in height. That's way pass the average height for my strawberry Kush strain. I trained them for 4 weeks total and they are growing faster and bud sites are filling out very well.

As short as they are in comparison to yours I had heat issues with them.

thats crazy you had heat issues were u using something more then a 400W i have 2 16" fans in there and a little desk fan in there to so it keeps it nice and cool constantly. they seem super happy they havent given me any sign of heat stress yet. mine are also in 3 gallon air pot containers. mine just seem to be growing crazy! lol
