Over watered for sure. They look pretty hungry also. Which could be caused by the over watering or not being fed. Or a combination of both.

are you splashing the leaves with your nutrients when you feed plants - let dry fro 2-3 days - pull off the two bad leaves - dropping leaves means overwatering

Take the water catcher off the bottom of the plantpot or if you have to have it suspend the plantpot above the water catcher so pooling water cannot occur at the base of the plantpot.
