Stretching? (pics)

Hey guys first time grower.

Wondering if this is stretching from insufficient lighting?
Or do these gals look otherwise healthy.

Germinated (paper towel) 11/7, popped up on the 10th.

Right now they are under 184 watts of CFL 5k. I have another 300 in actual watts, ready to add in at any time.
Do you think the lighting is enough at this stage? Didn't want to overwhelm them with 500w too soon.

I have the lights hanging about 6-8 from the tops of the plants and the temps are steady at 70F and humidity about 45%.

just get the plants like 2 or 3 inches from plants
