Depending on the reflector or hood it should be fine.

Yes it would work but 600 would work better. I started with one 400 and had 6 under it in a tray, 411 grams

Leave any lights that can fit and are not heating it up too much.I'll bet that glass over the reflector cuts UV light. You might consider removing that. The plants use that UV light to make bud.

I use side lighting on stretchy plants can't hurt.

Read up on topping plants before the next grow. These look very nice. Good job. Looks like it has some sativa in it so willtaker a little longer to complete.

Do you mean the white wire? Yeah man ill keep the light i have a huge fan inside that blows away the heat.

to the 450 in the last 2-3 weeks before harvest

making a DIY 700w HPS ...lol

But I thought HPS doesn't produce uv, just MH?

They produce very little UV-B. Hence remove that glass. MH does produce UV in higher amounts.

Personally I've grown 6 plants to term under one 400w.
