In my experience yes. There is research as to increased THC with the use of blue light to supplement the red HPS. I'm considering adding a small 24" UV tanning light array as well to increase THC but those are dangerous to humans so would have to work at night with green light to avoid exposure to it.

I'd like to think of flowering with blue spectrum as "Not long enough".
the extra and/or stacked calyx/pistill growth really explodes in the end with an hps and maybe this is why you are saying it takes longer. As far as yield, i would be shocked if an hps didnt produce atleast 25% more bud as it's always have for me.

I only relayed the fact that in my ONE grow with HPS my finish time was slower. All quantifications after that concerning the 14 days were always qualified with an "if" it were true. I realize that logic is right up there with honesty with you but come on...

We keep dancing in circles dave. Everything you said after you finished talking shit is fine. If you had genetics that responded better to hps you wouldn't have to sacrifice yield.. even if it's only an ounce more that you get.. better indica dominant genetics will give you the frost the yield and won't take two weeks longer. Do you understand? I feel like I'm talking to a baby, Please tell me you understand. I know you want me to be your mentor but fuck you're wearing me down.

Well thats a good idea. Foolishly spend 400 bucks on a t5 fixture that youll leave three feet away from the canopy and dont replace a 30 dollar bulb that is whats really powering your grow. Subbed!

I would start with high hopes. assuming intelligence, that reading comprehension might follow... But when you start with fraud about bulb purchases,price, and distance, I doubt you will reemerge on the high road.

The HPS bulb is a cheapy but built for growing (ipower 600w Super Hps Hortilife). Not alot of blues though and I figured it was missing the little bit of UV the MH was providing. Thus what you see here.

Yeah, so my genetics respond favorably to a little more UV. What is your explanation?

On another note, Mr Sunshine is a troll of mine and a fraud and everything he purports about me is fabrication and the only reason he is here is because Uncle Puke told him to be and like a good flying monkey he obeys.

So that darn hps bulb gave you no tircombs huh? Good idea going back to the MH. Ya blaming the hps bulb that all the other millions of growers use vs admitting you arent a very good grower is the way to go on that. #2 scrap all de hps and switch to MH dinosaur bulbs. Check
#3 make sure t5 fixtures are three feet away. Done
#4 prance around on the internet calling real growers dumb fucks. Peeeeerfect, this i can do for sure. Wait, wheres @mr sunshine at? I could call him a dumb fuck right? Would that make me as smart as you?

so this grow turned out great? Ok so 50 days in you switch back and now the grow went from you giving up with nowhere near as nice tricomb production as pervious grows.....to great?! Either your lying or your lying. Either way your a fraud i thinks. :idea:
