I've been explaining this to him for months, It's useless . Dave cervantez can't do no wrong. He tells himself it's because of the light and he seen it with his own eyes.. He was there bro.. @Brave dave how do you know it wasn't the kitchen sink? I'm assuming it was in the same house at the same time you were growing? You should probably replace the sink too, you never know .

Put on of these bulbs over your grow...HPS
And put a pair of these to the side facing in...Blue OR balanced spectrum LED's...
And you will then have the blues you seek...
LED's don't add any significant heat...I tried putting my 2X2 T-5's in there also...WAY too fucking hot...
Or just keep on going like you're going if you're really happy with it...I'd love to have a 4X4 T-5, but not for flowering...
You can do what you want...it's not a contest, I don't care what you do...but what I have works and it doesn't get above 79 in there ever... I also put the MH back in for the last couple weeks...'mountain grown effect"...and way better pictures...
None of this shit is rocket science...there are no rules...anybody can do it with relatively simple common fucking sense...
I don't consider myself to have any great skill...it mostly grows itself...how fucking hard can it be?

So according to dave himself, this picture was taken just as the hid light is firing up. Like am i the only one that sees how dark it is in there with his new light hes so proud of? The plants are black! Then when i pointed out his light was like three feet from the canopy he denied it and called me a fraud
EVEN THOUGH THE PICTURES RIGHT HERE! Chances are pretty good hes standing and looking at his grow trying to figure out how to get the light closer right now. I should be charging him a consulting fee. @dave, you owe me ten bucks.

This thread got me thinking, but seriously: does any of this shit matter if my plants get a full day in the sun and a whole evening under MH? Do they need UV at night? I just got a 4' × 2' T5 HO fixture that I was thinking of setting clones under the lights or maybe using them for aquaponics.

Oh wait, I did fail to acknowledge Alienwidow's 2lb per light in 55 days which makes him almost twice as good as Mr Sunshine who only eeks our 1.5kbs per light in 63 days.
