21". The height is for coverage of an area a little bit too large for the 600w. Was going to go a bit lower with the T5s but decided against obscuring the HPS. The pic does create an illusion of something higher.

Kinda funny actually. Sunshine was here, all full of his usual "yeah I'm a badass" bluster saying "Nobody"could grow quality Indica in less than 63 days in soil. (Sorry if I picture Erkle). I then happen on another thread where the OP was someone with a 4 week old Indica is asking "how much longer". Sunshine was consistant and said 5-6 weeks and Alienwidow said 3 weeks. You know, in the "Nobody" category. Lol. It really got good from there as Alienwidow thought that Sunshine's quote was me. He obviously thought the newb was a soft target, and he lays into me...calling me a number of things really meant for Sunshine. Since then the two have become BFFs as they fall all over each other pooling lies. Oh well. Believe what you will. 8)

Naw man, me and sunshine arent really friends. Were like kinda friends but were always a little standoffish tward each other. And he grows his plants too long lol. Maybe its cause i run co2. I dunno if he does or not. I do know ive seen his plants and they aint no runts. So i dont bust his balls about overcooking his chop time and he doesnt bust my balls about chopping early. Come to think of it, i bet sunshine and i will probably become better friends after this. Thanks dave. At least your good for something and @Lord Kanti , you can come out of the toilet now, RIU is happy again. Mr sunshine and i are bffs and dave is going to pay me the 10 bucks he owes me for telling him to move his lights down.

2015-11-17 10.09.37.jpg How do you adjust the hanging wire on the T5 or bypass it? I just hung my fixture and the bulbs aren't where I want them. Should I bore a hole in the center of the above shelf with another hook screw and just ratchet them tightly toward the center?

yea bring the wires towards the middle if that'll help hang it higher. or overlap the wire on ea side, like doubling up a single rubber band. your cabinet looks so tight, maybe add narrow wood, like molding, attached to ea side of shelf area and rest entire edge of light on the two supports.

I was thinking that if I can't get it to hang I'll have to build a slotted rail system to support the ends.

I have a 30 gallon aquarium on the shelf below that may play a role in some aquaponics.

ya might need to switch to chain links and clips for going around the sides and clipping onto the side bottom inside of the fixture. Like over the top and around and down. Its hard to explain but if if you want i can show you with a pic later. Clip in on both sides with almost no slack and fasten on the top. Im wondering if an eye hook and a sungrip would work. And it would be adjustable ;)

Or how about where you said maybe with co2 and MH you can bypass genetics completely? This is the stupid shit im talking about. If i hadnt said anything that would probably be the next thread you started.
Or how about this one? I got the blues...grabbing a totally deep blue light for your flower room. No mixed lights in there or anything. No white bulbs, no red bulbs, just dark blue. This makes no sence heehaw, your problem is that you do things ass backwards and your spamming the boards with crap. But you dont even realize your doing it cause your pea sized brain still thinks your gonna change growing forever before you even figure out where to hang your floros.

How do you expect me to respond to this example of posting while wasted? You've made it impossible for others to even distinguish who said what. I will try to wade through your little dodge, but I have some gardening to attend to. And of course me actually knowing the truth has me caring little about this fictional melodrama you are trying to be the queen of. .

The next 3 showed some frost but no where near what I had come to expect. At day 50 I gave up on the HPS and switched back to the MH.

All other factors were virtually identical to grow 3.

The HPS bulb is a cheapy but built for growing (ipower 600w Super Hps Hortilife). Not alot of blues though and I figured it was missing the little bit of UV the MH was providing. Thus what you see here.

Yeah, so my genetics respond favorably to a little more UV. What is your explanation?

On another note, Mr Sunshine is a troll of mine and a fraud and everything he purports about me is fabrication and the only reason he is here is because Uncle Puke told him to be and like a good flying monkey he obeys.

Didn't they have to breed that trait out of most indoor strains right?
