Grow tents?

hi,

just about to start my first grow.

i was searching around for stuff and came across grow tents. i'm going to be growing mine inside. would having a grow tent or somthing similar be any help to me?

yeh but i think grow tents are used for outside, so if your using a grow cupboard etc, the plants will need constant fresh air flow, and being inside a growtent ain't gonna help em now is it.

why would grow tents be used for the outside?? they are meant for indoor growing...

most grow tents come with ducts and have brackets for a fan and lighting. so, they are for indoors. i cannot comment on their efficiency as i have never used them.

i geusse you could use them outside, but i think the neighbors might wonder why you have all these extantion cords to run the power

IMHO I don't think grow tents are worth 99 dollars when you can buy a 25 dollar mini-greenhouse and just paint the cover white.

most of the tents that people use that i know dont like them. i`ve heard of 1 that is good but dont remember the name

I use a Homebox and I love the fucking thing. It's in my bedroom, right next to me as I type this, in fact. It's great for people that can't or don't want to dedicate an entire room for growing.

I plan to get another one for my next grow to use for vegging. Check my sig for a few pics, though I don't have any shots of the outside when it's closed.

i think i will purchase one after a little more research. i mainly want it to just keep the whole thing kind of tidy. so if it doesn't have much effect on the grow, i wont be too disappointed.

2x2 wood frame with black/white plastic. or foam insulation board. both are cheep and work well

Prior to reading this i never thought i be able to have the ammount of plants you have in there plus the whole lighting system. Original Homebox,Budbox,Darkroom (not the street version) work good

I would not purchase any products of Plantabox or Sunhut - cheap toxic crap !!!
