Wow! Nice job. How much amber do you like to see on your trichs before you chop?3 years. I am currently switching to organics.
I like to see the start of amber. Maybe 10% at the base of the flowers.Wow! Nice job. How much amber do you like to see on your trichs before you chop?
Is that 12 Weeks from flip?I like to see the start of amber. Maybe 10% at the base of the flowers.
Mostly cloudy and start of amber means she has peaked.
Last sativa I ran had no amber at 12 weeks but packs a punch.
Yeah. She would of went longer too. But I had 4 girls that needed to be flipped. Is that 12 Weeks from flip?
I am about to throw those aloha grapes into flower this weekend. On clipping clones leaves: It makes the cut focus more on making roots rather than vegging since it has less leaf matter and also has the effect of limiting transpiration. Limiting the later is key with clones as you want as much water content in them as possible right? Make sure the light source is very weak you would be suprised how little is needed but you still do need some. This is why most clone with very light flouros about 24 inches away.
Your plants are yellowing because they are nearing the end of their life cycle. This is natural and wanted. The opposite would be them staying lush green when they should be faded using their extra nutes stored in their leaves which would effect the quality of smoke negatively. Now you don't want the buds to be asking for jutes and starting to brown that would be underfed but losing your main fan leaves and the mid size ones is completey normal so relax =) Clearly your buds have swelled nicely and the plants look perfectly healthy.
If you have anymore ggg test threads I would love to see them I am currently considering crimson crush, euphoric, and giant steps.
Well these girls weren't organic. My next batch will be.Your plants are absolutely perfect looking for the timeline. I usually like mine to yellow a little bit more as long as the small leaves are not yellowing and it is just the med to large fans you are allowing the plant to go through its natural process and the end product should taste much smoother. This is quite an art when growing organically as well. It is much easier to flish in coco and hydro.
Thanks. Everything looks good except what I threw out. Should have a huge yield even after tossing a half oz.Looking good, thickness for sure...hope the smoke is good also.
