Low humidity question.

Are my 1000w lights killing the humidity in my room? Generally my outside humidity is 30 or below. I have a 2400sqft humidifier in a 1200sqft room and can never get humidity over 40%.

do you have air intake? exhaust?either of the 2 will reduce humidity too. how many 1000's? 2 or more will zap humidity. I had to run a float valve with r/o water to my humidifier to keep up. no more filling reservoir hahahaha

alot of peeps say 40 is perfect in flower. Increases terpenes/trichoms and keeps botrytis and powdery mildew at bay. otherpests too

If your lights are in hoods and cooled by and exhaust fan you can just use that foil hvvac or furnace tape to tape them up....

Thats what i did. Then i had to buy a dehumidifier...lol

40 is waaaay better than 60 imo.

Shouldn't have to worry about PM at all and it shouldn't hurt the plants. Many indicas descend from naturally low-humidity areas.
